The proposed development also allows for the provision of an additional wheel-wash (39 sq.m), two weighbridges (each 94 sq.m), site/weighbridge office and welfare facilities (50sq.m), a quarantine area (45 sq.m) and a proprietary sanitary wastewater treatment system. All associated works within an overall application area of 23.8 ha.
