Planning permission for development and the amendment of an approved scheme of 93 no. residential units at Boyne Road, Athlumney, Navan, Co. Meath, under Meath Co. Co. Register Reference: 22/1008. The proposed development will comprise amendments to the gardens / amenity areas of 12 no. approved units and re-aligned rear boundaries associated with approved unit Nos. 59 – 70; the garden depths being reduced, the rear boundary to be formed by a 2 metre high rendered block and brick pillar wall and the inclusion of an opening for a pedestrian link between Unit Nos. 58 and 59 for a future pedestrian permeability linkage to serve lands to the rear and south of units 59 – 70. The proposal includes all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths and ancillary works above and below ground.
