The proposed development will also consist of the provision of a new school garden (c. 163 sq.m); cold water storage tanks and fire fighting water storage tanks; and additional fire fighting storage tanks located adjacent to the rear plaza/play area; an LPG tank with 2m high palisade fence enclosure; a heat pump with 2m high acoustic louvre enclosure within 2m high palisade fence enclosure; ballcourts measuring c.3100 sq.m; reconfigured boundary treatment arrangements; changes in level; retaining walls; SUDs and all associated works above and below ground.
