the development consists of the Retention Permission for the following: 1) Construction works to foundation level including new site location of and enlarged foundations for the approved dwellings approx. 5.5m from road edge. 2. Additional demolitions of the original two storey structure. 3. Revised site boundaries. 4. The existing portacabin on the site to provide temporary sanitary facilities for the duration of the project and the security fencing, will all be removed on completion of the works. And Planning permission to complete the development with changes mentioned above and from that granted under planning ref no. 2460681, including all ancillary site developments works
