Permission is also sought for the following: 1. partial change of use of domestic garage to facilitate walk in wardrobe, ensuite storage and office, 2. replacement of existing windows and replace roof tiles with slates, 3. extend existing main roof over the existing garage, 4. repayment of rooftiles with blue/black slates on the existing roofs, permission is south to upgrade the existing domestic entrance by widening it and including 1.2m piers and pedestrian entrance. Permission is also sought to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and upgrade with a septic tank and polishing filter and all associated site works
