the development for permission will consist of: • Change of use of the entire ground floor of the property (Block A to street) and 2 no. existing storage units to the rear (Blocks B and C) to new hostel accommodation containing 30 no. bedspaces; • Allocation of 5 no. carparking spaces to the rear of the property consisting of 3no. for the hostel accommodation development and 2 no. spaces for the existing residential apartments to the first floor; • Provision of new windows / doors into existing openings including those subject to retention listed below to ground floor of Blocks A, B and C; • Infilling of 2 no. existing window openings to ground floor of Blocks A and C; • Provision of new windows / doors to Block C); • Provision of 10 no. bicycle parking spaces; • All associated internal, site, landscaping and drainage works. The development for retention consists of: • Retention of existing openings to the north (1 no. door) and south (3 no. windows) of the existing Block A to street; to the west of Block B (1no. window) and south (2no. windows); and to the south of Block C (1no. window);
