RED III - the Proposed Development will consist of an amendment to a previously consented development (planning reference: 211436) comprising the slight relocation of the substation building 7.2m north and its replacement with a storage building, removal of the 4 no. temporary storage containers in the temporary construction compound and replacement with 3 no. permanent 40 ft storage containers, minor panel reconfiguration, realignment of access track, and adjustment to the duration period from a 5 to 10-year permission. An updated Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been submitted with this application. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 shall apply
