the development will consist of a new secure Dog Park for exercising and socialising dogs from the local area and beyond. 2 No. dog run / socialising areas each of approximately 4045m2, each to include agility toys and various activity equipment, water station and an internal 1.5m wide perimeter walking track. Each enclosure will contain 2 No. shelters for visitors within the 1.8m high perimeter post and wire fenced area, 2 No. rubbish bins for depositing bagged dog waste only. A 3m wide double gated entrance for access and security. 4m wide service gates to the north of the fenced area to allow for maintenance. Signage to the site entrance. Parking on site for 10 cars including 2 No. disabled parking spaces adjacent to the fenced areas
