retention permission for development which consisted of: the relocation and construction of the ESB substation building from its permitted location on the northern boundary of the site to the north east boundary of the site. Permission is sought for development that will consist of: (1) amendments to the car parking layout of the development to facilitate 4 Electric Vehicle (EV) parking spaces (serviced by two 50KwHr chargers) and 2 operational spaces for staff; and 20% of other parking spaces ducted for future EV parking. (2) The proposed development includes an updated lighting scheme and underground drainage proposals as well as updated path and curbing details. (3) The proposed amendments are in contravention of condition 12 of ABP Ref: ABP-315651-23. The proposed levels of EV parking and ducting are in accordance with the standards set out in the Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027. (4) All works necessary to carry out and complete the development
