construction of A) 2 no. new pig houses B) extension to 3 no. existing pig houses and C) 4 no. ancillary overground /underground storage tanks together with all ancillary structures and associated site works ( to include an upgrading of the existing site entrance, the provision of an on-site wastewater treatment system and percolation area , and an on-site storm water attenuation swale), arising from the above development. The proposed works are to be completed in preference to, or in lieu of, any outstanding developments previously approved under planning ref DA101175, but not constructed to provide for and ensure higher environmental standards in line with BAT requirements, and improved animal welfare standards).
