the development will consist of the extraction of sand and gravel (approx. 280,000 cu m), construction of new entrance gate, ancillary structures to include wheel wash, remove hedge boundaries, alter public road and levels near entrance, remove disused public pump and well to facilitate adequate sightlines and haul the extracted material by road approximately 550metres to existing authorised Plant for processing. Restoration of the site to beneficial agricultural after-use and all associated site works within an overall application area of 6.23 hectares and all for a period of 7 years. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared in respect of this planning application.
