Proposed development

The proposed partial demolition of existing cottage structure except the existing front elevation and side elevation located on both the South-east and east elevations with proposed single storey renovation as per submitted drawings. Decommissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area to be replaced with a proprietary secondary treatment system with polishing filter and percolation area with existing entrance to be retained inclusive of all ancillary site works
