The development will consist of the refurbishment of the existing mixed-use retail and residential building into a proposed new café restaurant including a food and beverage retail outlet, comprising of the partial demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new extension over two floors to the West and South and a rear two-storey extension to the North, alterations to existing façade and roof, including proposed new shopfront, lighting and signage, demolition of existing boundary wall and fence, landscaping, proposed new boundary treatments, bin store, existing signage totem to be re-clad and all associated site works, drainage, works to existing car parking, lighting and all service connections.
