Amendments to the permitted café extension to south of the existing courtyard buildings. 3. Change of use of the existing covered car port to kitchen. 4. Revisions to the permitted car park layout. 5.All associated site development works, including drainage, utilities, landscaping, and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed amended development.
