Proposed development

Permission for the installation of mechanical and electrical plant rooms within an existing building at the hospital. Works include internal alterations to facilitate mechanical and electrical upgrade works, alterations to the external façade, installation of louvred curtain walling, louvered switch room doors and replacement doors and windows. The works also include the installation of a galvanised steel external escape stair with associated pedestrian guardrail, removal of small ancillary plant enclosures and the installation of a new external generator, and all associated site and ancillary works to facilitate the development
