Permission for: (a) Construction of single storey electrical building sized approximately 115 square metres and approximately 6 metres high, located to the southwest of existing facility. The construction will be phased in two parts - approximately 98 square metres in Phase 1 and approximately 17 square metres in Phase 2. (b) The works also include modifications to internal roads and pathways including relocation of 1 no. existing accessible car parking space, a new surface water soakaway, new connection to existing underground utilities, minor alterations to the existing landscaped berm and all associated works including temporary construction laydown area. This application consists of development on landholding for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003) is required
