Proposed development

Retention and Permission: The development for retention consists of alterations and changes to grain store (Planning ref No. 18410) Amendments consist of overall size of storage shed in its footprint increased from 652m2 to 840m2. The development for permission will consist of two attached agricultural dry storage sheds to the south of the existing grain store on existing farmyard. The agricultural sheds to be used for the purpose of storing grain and straw. Proposed surface water soakaway’s and new concrete apron and all associated and ancillary site works
