Proposed development

Permission for development to consist of an existing shop and ancillary storage on the ground floor and living accommodation on the first floor over the shop. The development will consist of Internal alterations to existing ground floor shop layout including new enclosed stairwell to first floor apartments. Change of use of ground floor shop storage area to the rear to Beauty and Wellness treatment services. Demolition of single storey annex to the rear/side of the shop and replacement with new single storey extension to the rear of the building for use in connection with Beauty and Wellness treatments services. Existing First Floor residential living accommodation to be converted to two number apartments including elevational treatments to the building. All site and landscaping works including additional privacy screening to private amenity space to southern corner of the site
