EXTENSION OF DURATION OF 20/14 - Retention and Permission: Retention of 1) Alterations to the east boundary of site including a 2.4m high concrete wall. 2) An extension (58sqm) to the side of an existing agricultural shed (Building No. 1A). 3) Extension (43sqm) to waste recovery shed (Building No. 2A). 4) Change of use of part of existing domestic garage (24sqm) to welfare facilities for employees. 5) Relocation and increase in size of portacabin office from 23sqm to 68sqm. 6) All associated site development works related to the above items. Permission for: 1) Change of use of existing shed (GFA = 478sqm) from agricultural to waste recovery (Building No. 1 & 1A). 2) Increase in ridge height of existing waste recovery shed (GFA = 583sqm) to 11.22m high (Building No. 2 & 2A). 3) Construction of new waste recovery shed (1100sqm x 11.86m high) (Building No. 3). 4) Conversion of an existing open yard area to a waste recovery storage shed (1459sqm x 11.22m high) (Building No. 4). 5) Rainwater harvesting tanks. 6) All associated site development works related to the above items *Significant FI submitted 03/02/21 provides for, inter alia, alterations to site boundaries, amended plans, new wastewater treatment system, installation of new well and landscaping*
