This is a replacement of one of the original flat roof extensions. 3) Demolition of the outbuildings (sheds). 4) Repairs of all internal and external walls and removal of the existing chimney. 5) Repair to all rainwater goods and connect into existing soakaways. 6) The installation of a new wastewater/percolation system within the site and 7) Undertaking all associated site works and provision of services
