Fichidi Lane Developments Ltd. are seeking permission for a residential development, on a site in the townland of Moneymore, located to the south/south-east of the Port Access Northern Cross Route (“PANCR”), west of The Twenties / Twenties Lane and the Monastery of St. Catherine of Siena, Drogheda, County Louth. The proposed development consists of 72 no. 2 storey houses, comprised of 8 no. 3 bed detached houses and 64 no. 3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached & terraced houses. Vehicular access to the development will be from Twenties Lane to the east. The proposed development also includes public open spaces, hard & soft landscaping and boundary treatments, internal roads and footpaths, car parking, public lighting, and all associated site development works etc., all on an overall site area of c.2.8 hectares.. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared with respect to proposed development and accompanies the planning application. *Significant Further Information Received on 15/04/2026*
