Proposed development

It will include for reconfiguration of the internal layout of the existing dwelling. It will include the construction of a new single storey domestic garage to the rear of the site, realignment of the existing vehicular entrance off the public road (R132), the installation of a new wastewater treatment system/percolation area, increase in site area to include new boundaries (south and west) and all associated siteworks.
