Building No.1 is a three-storey building with a gross floor area of 2273.6sq.m. and a maximum height of 15.95 m. It will have 2 retail units at ground floor level and a medical centre on the upper floors providing for separate medical and dental suites, consulting rooms and diagnostic scanning and imaging. Building No. 1 will also have a service yard at ground floor level including ESB substation and switch room with plant at roof level. Building No. 2 will be a two-storey building with a gross floor area of 1066.4sq.m. and have a maximum height of 9.225m. It will have 4 retail units on the ground floor, one of which will be reserved for takeaway food use, and office use at first floor level. The proposed scheme includes for bin & bike stores and 31 no. car parking spaces, a loading bay, landscaping, boundary treatments, all associated access roads, footpaths and cycle facilities, foul and surface water drainage, and public lighting etc.
