The development will consist of the refurbishment of an existing building, comprising of the change of use from vacant restaurant at upper floor with associated access stairwell and vacant dwelling to ground floor into 4 no number apartment units comprising of 1 no. one bedroom apartment, 1 no. two bedroom apartment and 2 no. three bedroom apartment units. The proposed works include the removal of a steel stair structure to the rear, addition of balconies, enlargement of openings and all associated site works. This structure is located within an ACA.
