Vehicular access to the development will be from Listoke Avenue to the north, which is located off Ballymakenny Road to the west, and via internal roads in the overall Listoke development. The proposed development also includes for all associated site development works, public open spaces, landscaping and boundary treatments, car & bicycle parking, bin storage etc. on an overall site area of c. 3.74 hectares.
