The development also includes the provision of a new access road & pedestrian access leading to public road, carparking spaces, covered bicycle spaces, bin storage enclosure, site lighting and revised site boundary treatments with associated site works. To connect to council water mains and public foul sewage with associated siteworks. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will accompany the planning application *Significant Further Information Received on 28/03/2025 provides for, inter alia, a reduction in units from 22 to 21.*
