Permission for the construction of 14 no. detached 2-storey dwellings. 13 no. of the proposed dwellings are located in the eastern portion of the site with 1 no. dwelling located to the west. All proposed dwellings will be of a similar design and finish to existing dwellings within ‘Braghan Point’.
