of PL 21/246 proposed construction of a dormer bungalow type dwelling house and detached garage with access to be provided through existing double gated stone walled entrance, boundary fence/wall, onsite suitable sewerage system with polishing filter & ancillary site works, whereby it is now proposed to alter the site boundaries so as to allow for the construction of a new entrance off the adjoining public road to service the proposed dwelling house together with alterations to the front facade of original dwelling that was applied for and all ancillary site works
