The development also comprises the construction of the network of internal roads and footpaths, public open spaces (approx. 0.48 ha.) including play area and 12 no. covered bicycle parking spaces, bin collection point, estate store (14 sq. m.), ESB substation, landscaping, boundary treatment works, solar PV panels on the childcare facility, and all ancillary and associated site development works
