The development will consist of the change of use of part of the eastern block to short term, self contained holiday accommodation. Proposed works include conservation of the fabric of the buildings, including repairs to walls, roof, chimneys and windows, thermal upgrade of the building envelope, upgrade of mechanical and electrical installations, conservation and refurbishment of internal rooms, new hard standing areas externally, new waste treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works
