The total of Solid Recovered Fuel (sourced from Municipal Solid Waste) to be combusted at the cement works shall not exceed 30,000 tonnes per annum. Reason: In order to comply with the policies of the Southern Region Waste Management Plan 2015-2021, which policies are considered to be reasonable.” To read as follows: “3. The total of Solid Recovered Fuel (sourced from Municipal Solid Waste) to be combusted at the cement works shall not exceed 60,000 tonnes per annum, within the existing overall permitted capacity of 90,000 tonnes per annum for all alternative fuels and alternative raw materials. Reason: In order to comply with the policies of the National Waste Management Plan for a Circular Economy 2024-2030”. No works or other interventions involving alterations to the physical aspects of the site are proposed as part of the application. The site operates under Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence No. P0029-06
