the re-establishment and operation of a currently disused southern entrance, which would facilitate all traffic associated with the ongoing operations at Gooig Quarry (Planning Reference: 19/1011), directly replacing the existing entrance adjoining the L5121 Local Road. The proposed works will include the installation of a wheel wash, water tank and associated drainage infrastructure and paved finish at the entrance and along the ramp. The proposed development will also include the installation of traffic management signage and the provision of a coloured surface cycle lane at the R445 junction, in the interests of road safety for cyclists and motorists
