Proposed development

amendments to an existing permitted commercial / enterprise park granted planning permission under P22/1280 at Dock Road, Corcanree, Limerick City. Amendments are proposed to Blocks A, B1 and H within the permitted development including (i) minor changes to the footprint of each block of development; (ii) a reduction in floor area of each block; (iii) an increase in height of each block; (iv) amalgamation of units within each block including (a) amalgamation of 14 no. units comprising Block A into one unit; (b) amalgamation of 6 no. units comprising Block B1 into one unit; and (c) amalgamation of 2 no. units comprising Block H into one unit; (v) provision of an additional 3 no. totem signs at the proposed entrances to the site; and (vi) all associated site works including (a) provision of a new ESB substation and (b) minor amendments to water services and landscaping
