The proposed development will comprise a 231.84 kWp solar PV array on approximately 1,125.74 m² of land within the existing agricultural holding. The development will consist of 336 photovoltaic panels, each with a capacity of 690 Wp, mounted on galvanised steel support structures in a fixed, south-facing, portrait layout. The proposal includes all associated underground electrical cabling and connections to the existing residential electricity supply, as well as the use of temporary access routes and a temporary construction compound/set-down area
