Change of use of the first and second floors of No. 136 O’Connell Street to aparthotel use, with proposed new connections through party walls into Nos. 134-135 O’Connell Street at both floor levels, to facilitate the expansion of the permitted aparthotel (Ref. 23204). 5. Construction of a new floor at roof level (fourth floor) to provide additional aparthotel accommodation, comprising circa 785 sq.m of floor area. 6. Alterations and modifications to the rear elevations, and the installation of a new fire exit door to the Sarsfield Street elevation, as previously permitted under Ref. 23204. 7. Alterations and modifications to internal layouts of the scheme granted under Ref. 23204 as required. Nos. 134-135 O’Connell Street is a Protected Structure (RPS Ref. 3484 / NIAH Ref. 21513002), and the proposed works are within the curtilage of the protected structure
