Retention works relate to minor changes to the north, east, south and west elevations of the Main Hospital Building permitted building parapet height (the increase in height ranging from 100 mm to 340 mm). The new maximum building height is 34.8 m OD; Retention works also relate to addition of louvres to curtain walling on north elevation of main hospital building. Retention works also relate to the north, east, south and west elevations of the Energy Centre Building as follows: Increase of permitted height from (increase in height ranging from 310 mm to 1,650 mm). The new maximum building height is 19.86 m OD. Retention works also relate to amendments to louvre scale and layout to all elevations of the Energy Centre Building. In addition, other retention works which relate to the site layout include reconfiguration of permitted car parking facilities (with no change to overall parking quantum), to facilitate traffic barrier installation; Omission of 3 no. front gates (1 no. vehicular and 2 no. pedestrian) and reorganisation of permitted pedestrian layouts and associated changes to the permitted landscaping plan; Relocation of parking pay station in carpark; Changes in Level; Revised layout to permitted Gas Skid and omission of traffic barriers to southern boundary
