The development consists of: (a) provision of sand-based training/competition arenas with associated smaller warm-up/practice areas; (b) provision of covered spectator areas and judges cabins; (c) rider welfare cabin including WC with associated underground foul water holding tank; (d) modifications to internal access road; (e) provision of parking and horsebox holding areas; (f) provision of timber post and rail fencing and paved pathway; and, (g) all associated site development works, and (2) Planning Permission for; erection of a bat box, and provision of landscape and heritage amenity planting and all associated site development works
