Permission is sought for the demolition of existing former CO-OP Shop steel frame building & demolition of existing outbuildings and de-commission existing septic tank. Permission is also sought for new road side boundary treatments, Free-Standing Totem Signage, parking & yard area and installation of new treatment plant and percolation area including all ancillary site works
