The development will also consist of a new two storey brick coach house with zinc roofing to rear of garden incorporating a ground floor garage space and shower room and a first floor one bedroomed apartment. External works to include improvements to the front garden, and car parking area, rear patio external terrace to the ground floor, the construction of 2no. single storey glass houses and revisions to an existing rear storage space, a new rear vehicular access gate from Castle Court on to Clancy's Strand, sedum grass roofing to rear extension over ground floor extension, soft landscaping and sundry other minor works
