Extend existing bar area with new bar on lower ground level to rear with the provision of a retractable roof and internal alterations to layout of existing bar and circulation areas. B. Carry out site development works, form new street access to rear and alterations to existing external steps. Form new service yard and associated works. C. Change of use of existing residential dwelling to games room and ancillary office space. Construct extension to proposed games room with alterations to elevations and improved external access.
