Proposed development

(i) The decommissioning and removal from site of 2 no. existing wind turbines and associated ancillary infrastructure permitted pursuant to Leitrim County Council Planning Register Reference 95/12501; and (ii) the installation of 1 no. wind turbine with an overall tip height of 125 metres, turbine foundation, hardstanding area, underground electrical and communications cabling to the existing electrical switchroom, and all associated site development, access and reinstatement works. An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
