amend a previously permitted development granted planning permission granted under An Bord Pleanála Reference PL12.312895 (Leitrim Co Co Reference 21/57) in the townlands of Tullinloughan, Lackagh, Tullynamoyle and Gowlaun, County Leitrim. The permitted development provides for the construction of a 10 year permission for an additional 4 wind turbines with ancillary substation building, container unit, and associated plant and site development works under a 10-year duration planning permission. The proposed amendments to the permitted development comprise: • Increase in the tip height of the consented turbines from 155 to 156.5 metres and increase the rotor diameter from 126 to 138 metres • Resiting of T16, circa 10 metres south of the consented location • Resiting of T22, circa 12 metres north of the consented location • Realignment of the access road at T17 • Provision of a new cable from T22 back to the consented Tullynamoyle Substation A design flexibility opinion issued by Leitrim County Council on 16th August 2024 accompanies this application.
