The Works involved in the restoration of the existing Barracks are as follows:- • Changes to internal layout to suit new use, installation of lift to first floor and alterations to elevations. • Provision of new accessible entrance, new kitchen, toilets and plant room within existing single storey annexe. • New raised slated roof to existing single storey annexe to replace galvanised roof. • Alterations to existing toilet facilities on first floor. • Provision of new accessible external ramps to front and rear and stepped approaches. • Demolition of existing carport and refurbishment of garage to bin store. • Site development work, including hard landscaping, car/bicycle parking and associated site services
