Modifications to House Type C and all variations: Internal modifications to facilitate a change of house type from a 4-bedroom, 3-storey unit to a 4-bedroom, 2-storey unit. Works include the omission of the dormer, attic floor, and roof lights; omission of one gable window; revisions to the extent of brick finishes on front elevations and omission of brick finishes to gable elevations; omission of soldier courses and provision of plaster surround to ground floor windows, plaster bands; and minor modifications to fenestration on front, rear, exposed gable elevations and rear garden areas. Modifications to House Types A, D, E, and F all variations: Revisions to the extent of brick finishes on front elevations and omission of brick finishes to gable elevations; omission of soldier courses and provision of plaster surround to ground floor windows; and minor modifications to window sizes on front, rear, and exposed gable elevations and rear glass doors. Specific additional works include the omission of one gable window to House Type A and the omission of two rear windows to House Type F. Modifications to Apartment Types: Revisions to Apartment Types A and B to include the replacement of bay windows with wall-aligned windows. Revisions to Apartment Types C-H include minor alterations to the staircase layout, and omission of one gable window. All apartment types will include revisions to the extent of brick finishes on front elevations, omission of brick finishes to gable elevations, provision of plaster surround to ground floor windows, minor revisions to the sizes of doors and windows and rear garden areas.

What happens next
