a) extend the existing concrete yard to the Southeast of the site to create a new storage area, b) New overflow underground storage tank adjacent new yard extension, c) A new glass bottle storage warehouse facility with an area of 340m2 located Southeast of the existing factory d) A new single storey Warehouse Extension to the existing factory unit of 382m2 including the provision of a new loading bay to the rear e) The removal of 2 no. tanks within the existing tank farm to the northeast of the site and replacement with 4 no. new 150,000 litre storage tanks f) The removal of 6 no. 2-tonne gas tanks and the installation of 2 No. 10-tonne gas tanks and concrete base to the south of the site with associated ancillary equipment housed within a new steel 6m2 portable container g) The removal of the existing firefighting tank in the service yard area, and the provision of a new 256,000 litre firefighting storage tank with associated ancillary firefighting equipment housed within a new steel 6m2 portable container and fire truck turning area h) The installation of a flagpole and windsock adjacent fire stank location for firefighting services i) The installation of an oil interceptor to the northeast of the site along the entrance road with associated fire water containment automatic valves. j) The provision of a 6m x 4m concrete base for a new waste glass skip to the Southwest of the site, connected to the existing effluent plant k) The installation of new ESB transformer and associated infrastructure located to the rear of the existing building, l) New tree screening along the rear of the fire fighting and gas storage tanks, and all other associated site works.
