EV charging-enabled spaces and 14 no. accessible spaces), 2 no. designated spaces for estate vehicles, and 1 no. coach parking space; (ix) the provision of roof-mounted plant, PV panels, and associated roof-level works; and (x) landscaping, boundary treatments, road markings, drainage, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
