New site lighting, landscaping, paving and road layouts to facilitate the development, relocated water storage tank. Development of new car park area and all associated roadworks, drainage, lighting, landscaping works. New boundary fencing to school site area located to eastern side of school site. New LPG tank and new electrical sub-station. The project will include for new ground positioned heat pumps, roof mounted PV panels (west facing roof), EV charging car spaces and a 20 space bike shelter. All other related road, drainage, service supply and waste removal work as required.
