Staff Offices, WC facilities, Locker Area, associated storage, service rooms and ancillary support accommodation. Associated Works: The works will include reconfiguration of the existing car park. New front gates (2no.vehicle and 2no. pedestrian) and front wall including re-positioning of same forward towards roadway. Reconfigurered set down layout, and diversion to the emergency vehicle circulation route to facilitate the development. New site lighting, landscaping, paving and road layouts to facilitate the development, relocated water storage tank. Development of new car park area and all associated roadworks, drainage, lighting, landscaping works. New boundary fencing to school site area located to eastern side of school site. New LPG tank and new electrical sub-station. The project will include for new ground positioned heat pumps, roof mounted PV panels (west facing roof), EV charging car spaces and a 20 space bike shelter. All other related road, drainage, service supply and waste removal work as required. Comprehensive site landscaping to newly development areas, including a row of screening trees to western boundary in vicinity of the new extension. All associated site works
