Site. b) The construction of a part 4 and part 5 storey primary healthcare building. c) Construction of a car parking structure at two levels at semi-basement with raised deck over. d) New vehicular access from Hebron Road to serve the lower deck car park & temporary vehicular access from Hebron Riad. e) The utilisation of existing primary access from Hebron Industrial Estate, Road 1 as permitted under planning reference 08-859 (A.B.P Ref. PL. 10.232618) & 10-101, to access the upper deck car park, and principal access to the healthcare building. f) Bicycle parking, footpaths, cycle paths, public site lighting, landscaping, drainage & water mains works. g) Site boundary treatments and all associated site development works h) Roof plant area and building signage. i) ESB sub-station and waste store. j) 4 No. Totem pole signs. This application forms part of an overall masterplan in which the adjacent site is subject to a concurrent and separate planning application.
