Clarification that the application does not seek to commence a new licensable activity; increase food-production throughput or opera ng hours; increase any licensed emission limit value, volumetric flow limit or mass emission; introduce a new fuel, process or product; or operate any emission arrangement that is not authorised by the EPA.
