(b) Increase the height of the existing pitched roof, new dormer window to the front, new roof glazing to the front and rear, new canopy feature to the front and rear. (c) Provision of habitable space in the dormer resulting in a first floor area increase of 62m2. (d) Total gross floor area increase = 89m2. (e) Exterior elevational alterations incorporating new and adjusted window and door positions. (f) Widening the existing front vehicular entrance to a clear width of 3500mm. (g) Replacement of an existing septic tank with a new waste water treatment system and associated polishing filter. (h) Landscaping works within the curtilage of the site
